LYNX-T SERIES
The LYNX-T series CNC foam cutting plotters represent the top quality, computer-controlled machines, creating to cut free-form shapes in the foam materials, like: foamed polystyrene (Styrofoam), extruded polystyrene (Styrodur, XPS), expanded or extruded polyethylene and polypropylene (EPE, EPP). They can also be used to cut upholstery sponge.
LYNX–T foam cutting plotters cuts foam material using the hot wire, moved by microstep motors controlled by specialized microcomputer (DSP). This system provides extremaly percise cuts every single time. With the basic equipment, machine moves the wire in two axis X and Y. With the additional 3-th axis, so called rotary axis, it is even possible to cut 3D shapes.
